Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger

Pre-engineered, shell & tube, fixed tubesheet models available for quick delivery. Brass, 316 S/S and Carbon Steel shell options. Copper, 90/10 CuNi and 316 S/S tube options. Select from 1,2 or 4 passes, covering areas as large as 250 square feet.

Description: U-tube heat exchanger with copper tubes. 2, 4 and 6 pass models covering areas as large as 1900 square feet. Diameters from 4" to 29" Shell Diameters. 3/4" OD Tubes. ASME Code constructed. Available as B300S for Steam applications or B300W for Water applications.

Materials: Carbon Steel Shell, Tubesheets and Baffles, CI Bonnets, 3/4" Copper tubes in B300 models.

Applications: For heating water or other fluids, using steam or water as the heating/cooling medium.

Description: Straight Tube, Fixed-tubesheet, 1,2 and 4 pass options, covering areas as large as 124 square feet.

Materials: Brass shell, Copper tubes, Cast Iron Bonnets, zinc anodes.

Applications: To heat or cool water or lube oil; condense steam. Use for auxiliary machinery, turbines, engines, compressors and lasers. Excellent choice for pilot plants.

Description: Straight Tube, Fixed-tubesheet, 1, 2 and 4 pass options, covering areas as large as 247 square feet. 5", 6" and 8" Diameters only. 3/8" OD tube option only.

Materials: Brass shell, Copper or 90/10 CuNi tubes, Cast Iron or Cast Bronze bonnets, Zinc anodes

Applications: For use where S.A.E. bolting on the oil or shell side is required.

Description: Straight Tube, Fixed-tubesheet. All fluid contact parts of 316 stainless steel. Heat transfer surfaces ranging from 1.2 to 576 square feet with 1, 2 or 4 pass options.

Applications: For heating or cooling corrosive fluids in chemical, pharmaceutical or refining processes.

Description: Straight Tube - Fixed Tubesheet, 1, 2 and 4 pass options, covering areas as large as 136.7 square feet.

Materials: Carbon steel shell and tube-sheets with cast-iron bonnets and copper tubes.

Applications: To cool lube oil, fluids or jacket water, and for use where brass is not practical.
