Description: MADE IN THE USA...Vacuum-brazed, stacked plate construction, Copper Braze as standard with optional Nickel braze material available. Max Flow - 800 GPM with areas up to 365 Sq. Ft. Connections are 316L stainless steel and range from 1/2" OD to 4" OD connections in MNPT, FNPT, Sweat, SAE threaded, Flanged, Victaulic grooved, Hose barb, etc. with custom connections available. Optional threaded studs or integral mounting bracket. Available codes include UL, CRN, ASME Code and CE/PED.

Materials: 316L Stainless Steel Plates, Copper or Nickel Braze material

Applications: For general purpose oil, water and gas cooling. Use on compressors, hydraulic packages, lasers and diesel engines. Excellent for use as refrigerant evaporators, condensers, subcoolers and desuperheaters.

Description: MADE IN THE USA...Low Pressure BP brazed plate heat exchangers vacuum-brazed, stacked plate construction. Copper braze with 316L stainless steel channel plates. Connections 304L Stainless Steel 3/4" to 1" MNPT available. Max capacity up to 52 GPM. Up to 8.5 Sq.Ft. heat transfer surface. The corrugated plate design provides very high heat transfer coefficients, resulting in a more compact design.

Materials: 316L Stainless Steel Plates, Copper Braze, 304L Stainless Steel Connections.

Applications: Ideal for applications that require 150 PSI design pressure or less. Great for general purpose oil, water, and gas cooling. Excellent for use in wood fired and general boiler applications.

  • electric ignition, which eliminates the need to have the pilot light burning all the time
  • new combustion technologies that extract more heat from the same amount of fuel
  • sealed combustion that uses outside air to fuel the burner, reducing draft and improving safety

Indirect water heaters offer a more efficient choice for most homes, even though they require a storage tank. An indirect water heater uses the main furnace or boiler to heat a fluid that's circulated through a heat exchanger in the storage tank. The energy stored by the water tank allows the furnace to turn off and on less often, which saves energy. Therefore, an indirect water heater is used with a high-efficiency boiler and well-insulated tank can be the least expensive means of providing hot water.
