The Buderus GC124 boiler is a compact, modular boiler with all the features and benefi ts Buderus customers have come to expect. Designed for replacement applications, the GC124 is capable of
delivering AFUE efficiencies up to 84%, with heating capacities of 74,000 thru 132,000 BTUH. All GC124 boilers are CSA approved for installation on combustible floors and are available with either
standing pilot or electronic ignition. The GC124 features Buderus’ patented GL180M Flexible Cast Iron and unique stainless steel premix Burners for maximum corrosion resistance. Additional standard equipment on the GC124 includes high precision castings with threaded steel nipples, Honeywell aquastat, tridicator gauge, 30 psi relief valve, a circulator with a 3" whip and a built-in draft hood with integral draft diverter. All models are shipped ready for natural gas operation, and can be easily fi eld converted to LP gas operation using optional conversion kit.




 

The Buderus G124X are designed in Europe, where fuel costs are signifi cantly higher and environmental regulations are more stringent. Established in 1731, Buderus uses state-of-the-art techniques in the design and manufacturing of its boilers.
 

Manufactured with the patented Buderus GL-180M fl exible cast iron, the sections are tightly joined together and sealed by profi led, beveled steel push nipples, ensuring a long life. Special compounds provide a gas-tight seal for safe and effi cient operation. And, thanks to the GL-180M cast iron’s amazing fl exibility, this boiler resists thermal shock under conditions of rapid temperature change. All models are atmospheric vented.
